Michael O'Donnell, Non-Executive Chairman

Michael O'Donnell joined EMW in June 2007 as its Non-Executive Chairman. He is currently employed at Cisco Systems, Inc. as President, Social Media, Cisco Media Solutions Group, where he joined in February 2007 following the acquisition of Five Across, Inc. (where he served as President & Chief Executive Officer).

Over the past 21 years, O'Donnell has held senior level positions in the consumer technology industry, from the Internet to videogames and consumer software segments. Between 1996 and 2006, O'Donnell was Chief Executive Officer of BitPass, Inc., a digital payments company and President & CEO of Salon Media Group, a leading Internet media company that completed a successful Initial Public Offering on the NASDAQ exchange. O'Donnell was a founding member of the Online Publishers Association and currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
